Class Schedule Adjustment Policy

​1.私教辅导课程（1-on-1 Tutoring）
每一期课程仅可调整一次时间，且须在 至少提前48小时 通知客服。
若未在规定时间内通知，将按正常课时费计费。
Each student is allowed one reschedule per session for private tutoring.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to the customer service team.
Failure to provide timely notice will result in the session being charged as completed.

2.群课辅导课程（Group Class）
因非教师原因造成的缺课，请家长或学生自行查看课程回放，恕不提供补课。
For group classes, if a student misses a class for personal reasons (not teacher-related),
they may review the class recording. No make-up class will be provided.
