This Virtual Learning Privacy Policy explains how WULA collects, uses, and protects personal information during online classes. WULA reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

Student Information 学生信息

  1. WULA will collect only the student’s name during online instruction.
    WULA 在线上教学中仅会收集学生姓名。
     

  2. The collected information will be used solely for internal attendance and administrative purposes.

Parental Rights 家长权利

  1. Parents have the right to review their child’s personal information, request its deletion, and refuse any further collection or use of such information.
    家长有权查阅、删除孩子的个人信息，并可拒绝继续收集或使用相关信息。
     

  2. WULA will not disclose any collected information to third parties without parental consent.
    未经家长同意，WULA 不会向任何第三方披露学生的个人信息。
     

  3. Parents may revoke their consent at any time and request that WULA cease collecting or using their child’s personal information and delete any existing records.
    家长有权随时撤销已给予的同意，并要求 WULA 停止收集或使用孩子的个人信息，同时删除相关记录。
     

 

User Responsibilities 用户责任

  1. All participants, including students and parents, are strictly prohibited from recording, screen capturing, or reproducing any portion of WULA’s online classes, including audio, photos, or video.
    所有参与者（包括学生及家长）严禁录音、录像、截图或以任何形式复制 WULA 的线上课程内容，包括音频、照片或视频。
     

  2. All lessons, recordings, and teaching materials provided by WULA are the exclusive property of WULA and may not be reused, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
    所有课程、录制内容及教学材料均为 WULA 的专有财产，未经书面许可，不得以任何形式转载、分享或传播。
     

  3. Course content and materials are provided for authorized personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.
    所有课程内容及资料仅限授权个人使用，严禁任何未经许可的分享或传播。
     

  4. Class times, meeting links, and access information are confidential and may not be shared with others.
    课程时间、会议链接及访问信息均属保密信息，不得向他人泄露。
     

 

Acceptance of Terms 条款接受

By using WULA’s online learning services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please notify us immediately and discontinue use of our online services.
使用 WULA 的线上课程服务即表示您已阅读并同意本隐私政策所述条款。
